In Individual Therapy, we will:
- Identify the main struggles that brought you to therapy
- Set some goals together so that I can have a sense of where you want to go
- Explore and decide on which therapy tools fit you best (creative, movement-based, IFS, etc.)
- Meet weekly or bi-weekly (currently telehealth only) to move through your issues one step at a time.

The initial consult session focuses on:
- What issues are you struggling with most?
- What do you hope to change in your life via therapy?
- What kinds of questions or concerns about the therapy process do you have?
- Based on what I offer and what you need - does it seem like we would be a good fit?
